1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CPO Leads ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

CPO Leads is a job aggregation platform that collects and displays close protection, executive protection, and security job listings from publicly available sources. We are a job board, not an employer or recruiter.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Subscription & Payment

Free access includes the dashboard, companies, strategy guide, and limited job previews.
Full access to all job listings requires a paid subscription ($19.90/month or $199/year).
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Job Listings

Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, or legitimate. Always verify opportunities independently before committing. We are not responsible for the actions of employers listed on the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listing data from the Platform.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to bypass the subscription paywall or access restricted content without payment.
Use automated tools to access the Platform without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, branding, code, and original content are owned by StrategioAI. Job listing content is sourced from third parties and remains the property of the original publishers.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPO Leads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost income, failed applications, or reliance on job listing information. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
